Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining an integrated financial system which includes Accounting, Budgeting, Revenue Assessment, Deposit Operations and Financial Reporting for the Credit Union. In conjunction with the Senior Management Team, the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis will develop and assist in the implementation of Strategic Goals to mitigate risk and ensure long-term sustainability and growth

The Marketing Data Analyst will track, measure, monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data related to marketing, member acquisition, product and service adoption, profitability, and more. Utilize product and market knowledge to segment members and prospects and generate targeted marketing lists and campaigns through internal and external data sources. Perform competitive analysis and collect and analyze data on all marketing campaigns (traditional, digital, and alternative) and acquisition channels. The Marketing Data Analyst works under the direction of the Marketing Manager, exercising independent judgment and decision making and requires minimal supervision.

This position will be a full-time position housed out of our Southern Connecticut State University Branch. The candidate will be expected to work in our Hamden Branch during the hours the Southern branch is not open. The candidate will be expected to engage Southern students, staff, administration, and members of the credit union in business development and community engagements, events, and activities.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with ties to the Branford, CT area. This individual must also have experience managing and developing staff. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently. A large portion of your time will be spent out of the office attending community functions, generating new business, and helping to get the message out regarding the culture and benefits of becoming a member of the Credit Union. This is an opportunity to build and develop a strong team. Community events may take place outside of the business day. The credit union is open Monday through Saturday (No Sundays!). A Branch Manager must provide outstanding service to all members and identify and find solutions for their financial needs in order to better their financial lives’. The person in this role is responsible for branch growth, improved profitability and member relationships through business development within the branch community and through consistent coaching and training of branch staff. The branch Manager supervises a maximum of five full-time employees (directly or indirectly within their branch), typically in a lower volume branch as defined by net income or an ITM branch (branch without a traditional teller line).
